All products undergo a production process before shipping.

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping & Transit Time (United States)

  • Transit time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Order cut-off time: 11:00 AM (PST)

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to become active.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We work closely with our shipping partners to deliver packages within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

If a package is confirmed lost or missing, we will issue a reshipment. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will be subject to investigation and are not eligible for a refund until resolved.

If your order has not arrived or was damaged during transit, please contact us at support@autolizer.com with your order number.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, a refund will not be issued.
